What payment methods are used ?
We accept most debit and credit card payment.
Will I receive a confirmation email when I order?
Yes, We will send you out a copy of your invoice itemising what you have purchased.
Can I amend my order ?
Once you have ordered products that are not a custom order, they are shipped the next working day. Please give us 24 hours notice if you wish to amend colour or sizing. Email us at email@example.com but please be sure to check before you confirm at checkout.
Can I cancel my order ?
If you decide you want to cancel a non custom order, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
What should I do If I don’t receive my order ?
All orders are delivered via courier so can be tracked if they have not been delivered within 2 working days. Please email us at email@example.com if you have not received your order.
What do I do if my order isn’t what I expected ?
If you’re not totally satisfied with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what issues have occurred and a member of the team will be in touch within 48 hours.
