Falafel and halloumi burgers

A great low-calorie recipe for vegetarians. A hearty chickpea burger.
2 × 400g tins of chickpeas, drained
2 tsp ground cumin 
1 tsp ground coriander 
2 Green chillis, chopped
2 garlic cloves
spring onions ½ a bunch
handful of coriander 
2 tbsp plain flour 
1 pack of halloumi , diced
pittas to serve
little gem lettuce / tomatoes / Cucumber
Put the first 9 ingredients in a food processor and whizz until broken down. Tip into a bowl, mix in the halloumi, and form into 6 burgers. You can either cook these in a frying pan with a little olive oil until golden
Serve in grilled pittas if preferred and salad
Optional  –  Serve with sweet potato fries
