RECIIPE: 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter- place in ice cube tray, freeze and enjoy.

 

TIIPS: coconut oil is solid at room temperature so: fill sink 1/3 full of warm water, place jar of coconut oil in sink, wait 5 minutes to melt to liquid.

Don’t forget the basics- drinking, minimum, 8 pints of water a day will contribute to your weight loss and exercise goals.
